Brand Manager

The Brand Managerat PPD Global, Cyprus will be responsible to develop and monitor the execution of the overall brand strategy for all lines of products included within the portfolio to be assigned and create key brand marketing programs that will excite and win over consumers and customers.

Professionals who are creative and eager to promote innovation, results-driven, interested in marketing of fast-moving consumer goods, and aim to achieve performance excellence could be an ideal match for this role.

Minimum requirements

Education & Experience

  • University degree in Marketing, Public and Business Administration, PR & Communication Management, or any other related field, preferably at a postgraduate level.
  • 3 – 5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Previous work experience in the Food & Beverage industry would be considered as an additional qualification.


Skills & Attributes

  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer use.
  • Being dynamic, confident and a team player.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop solid brand strategies and annual brand plans based on brand and company strategy to achieve long-term brand growth as well as business objectives.
  • Monitor and measure business performance for the specific brand/s against a set of KPIs and take corrective action when required.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Review brand performance on a regular basis to identify gaps and opportunities and solutions to address.
  • Own, manage and deliver business reviews and any other structured brand meeting with principals.
  • Manage external agencies (e.g. Media mix allocation/planning/tracking, media spend/purchasing, online advertising).
  • Act as a project manager for the successful execution of all marketing activities maintaining the required collaboration with all relevant departments.
