On Trade Customer Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven On Trade Customer Marketing Assistant to join our team. As an On Trade Customer Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing customer marketing activities in alignment with our brand and consumer strategies.

Job Purpose:

The role involves supporting and executing all activities related to the implementation of customer marketing activities, following established business processes, and adhering to the agreed business calendar.

Main Responsibilities


  • Collaborate in building the yearly customer marketing plan.
  • Propose innovative ideas and mechanics for customer marketing activities.
  • Develop On-Trade CPS (Customer Promotion Strategy) for each activity in the annual marketing plan.
  • Regularly evaluate the On-Trade CPS to ensure activities are delivered on time.


  • Support the timely preparation of customer activities as per the calendar.
  • Coordinate the implementation of customer activities, including promotions, visibility, training, menus, etc., in line with brand and consumer strategies.
  • Build a network of contacts within On Trade accounts to maximize brand opportunities.
  • Develop strong business relationships with our sales colleagues and gain market insights through monthly visits.
  • Execute major 3rd Space promotional activities in alignment with marketing and sales needs.
  • Supervise third parties (i.e., agencies), ensuring timelines are met and providing feedback.
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of On Trade Channel Blueprints and Serve Strategies.
  • Foster respectful stakeholder relationships with customers, central functions, principals, and partners.
  • Manage all aspects of the implementation of customer activities, including invoicing, contracts, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform any other business-specific tasks as required by the direct manager.
