We are looking for a Brand Managerto work with iconic brands, driving awareness and top-line growth. Your role involves collaborating across the organization for the healthy development of assigned brands, crafting strategies, and hands-on campaign execution for best-in-class delivery.

As a Brand Manager, your role will be crucial in formulating and implementing marketing strategies for our brand partners.

Minimum requirements

Education & Experience

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven working experience as a Brand Manager in an FMCG environment (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in process management and multiple stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Driving License

  • Highly experienced in diverse marketing areas, including brand strategy, agency coordination, media engagement, digital marketing, public relations, and social media
Main Responsibilities

Brand Positioning and Portfolio Management:

  • Develop and propose brand strategy and annual brand plan
  • Drive the development of a compelling marketing mix, appropriate for each brand, with a strong understanding of the specific market and consumer insights.
  • Implement/execute campaigns and monitor their results and effectiveness
  • Cooperate with brand owners, both at global and group level
  • Continuously follow up on segment/category development and consumer insights.
  • Conduct market research, identify market opportunities and prepare potential new product launches.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop strong and respectful stakeholder relationships with the brand owners, customers and 3rd party partners necessary to achieve brand ambitions. Be ready for some complex multiple stakeholder levels, in a fast paced way.
  • Manage external agencies (e.g., Media mix allocation/planning/tracking, media spend/purchasing, online advertising, and E-commerce investment), ensuring effective relationships according to the group’s policies and values.
  • Manage all internal stakeholders in different departments and across different organizational levels, acting as the guardian of the brand image and objectives inside the organization

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and measure business performance for the assigned brands against a set of KPIs, including but not limited to:

o Brand Volume/Revenue

o ATL Spending/Budget

o Share of Market

o Share of voice

o Brand Equity (i.e. Awareness, Trial, Meaningfulness, Distinctiveness, Salience, etc.)

  • ATL Budget Management.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs). – Review brand performance with the Sales Team and Customer Marketing team regularly


  • Ensure consistent brand/product launch implementation according to brand plans.
  • Prepare P&L for launching new products in line with the brand strategy
  • Support Customer Marketing in developing the route to market (distribution and promotional strategies where applicable)
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Sales Teams as needed to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Collect and analyze data to understand market trends, competitor activities, and the behavior of the brands’ target audiences.
