Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing forecasts and analysis of reports for the Commercial Excellence Department covering products, profitability, and distribution channel needs.

Education & Experience:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or any other related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in working with ERP systems and BI tools will be considered as an additional qualification.
- Experience in financial modelling will be considered as an advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Fluency in both Greek and English.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Provide meaningful insights and recommendations from a commercial excellence / financial perspective, considering all drivers of profitability such as pricing strategy, trade terms, promotional discounts, market trends and new product development,
- Build, develop, and maintain data models, databases, reports and dashboards on a regular and ad hoc basis, to facilitate a fast-decision-making process,
- Act as the Sales Force Automation system owner and subject matter expert,
- Analyze, review and evaluate performance sales data providing insights based on figures and trends,
- Provide support for the development of the annual budgets and assume responsibility for the input of relevant data in BI system,
- Review and approve all Commercial agreements,
- Perform pricing exercises using Value Chain tools,
- Provide analysis required for target setting.
