We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Manager to collaborate with renowned brands, drive awareness, and execute top-notch digital campaigns.

What does a Digital Media Manager do?

The Digital Media Manager plays a crucial role in our marketing team, being central to expanding our campaigns in the digital field. As we drive constant brand growth, their responsibility is to ensure comprehensive digital media coverage for social calendars, marketing campaigns, brand activations, and third-space events, reaching the intended audience for each initiative.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven working experience as a Digital Media Manager or similar roles inside marketing driven organizations (minimum 3 years)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Experience with the GDPR side of digital marketing campaigns
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken


Main Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day operations of creative and media agencies handling social media channels, covering content curation, publishing, analytics, community management, and social listening.
  • Handle a portfolio of approximately 15 brands on social media, overseeing monthly calendars for campaigns.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, providing recommendations for improving and optimizing paid and organic social media content and campaigns.
  • Execute social media enablement programs, including brand ambassador initiatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, personality, and look across all social media channels.
  • Oversee monthly reporting of social media campaigns, proposing improvements based on achieved results.


  • Collaborate with brand managers in developing digital media plans, considering budget versus KPIs to maximize campaign impact.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize ongoing plans for maximum results.
  • Partner with creative agencies, providing feedback applicable to digital and/or social media channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize digital presence for activations or events.
  • Work with the e-commerce sales manager and brand team to optimize outcomes of e-commerce sales campaigns on partner websites.


  • Manage KPIs with the brand team, providing input to the PR agency for influencer campaigns.
  • Reflect culture and events effectively, utilizing digital media tools to boost brand awareness.
  • Develop tailored strategies for key events, amplifying brand presence through digital channels.
  • Share innovative trends and best practices with the brand team for future implementation.
